Description

The Trico Centre project, formerly known as the Family Leisure Centre, saw the construction of a second ice rink for the facility, complete with new change rooms serving both the new and existing rinks. The project also included the construction of a new entrance space, a shell space for future tenants, and general renovations to the public spaces and pool-area change rooms.

High-efficiency boilers, a new ice plant, heat recovery air-handling units, roof top units serving the future space, and a dehumidification unit are all part of the new ventilation system that provides heating and cooling for the facility.
