Since 2007, CFMS has been a proud supporter of university co-op programs. A key partner in cooperative education, CFMS mentors and supports students, helping them receive a well-rounded education through the provision of practical experience required in the workplace. In turn, CFMS benefits from the new ideas, fresh perspectives and enthusiasm students add to our experienced team.

Have the following skills or qualifications? Apply today!
- College diploma or University degree in mechanical or electrical systems
- Three to five years experience in Project Management, Commissioning, and/or Construction with knowledge of HVAC and building automation systems
- Strong knowledge and understanding of construction coordination and scheduling
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Thorough understanding of related LEED® project requirements
- Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal)
- A valid drivers license and vehicle
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Motivation and the ability to work independently
- Computer proficiency
- Problem solving skills
- Effective time-management skills
- Existing building commissioning experience will be considered an asset
