Located in downtown Calgary, this 38-storey office tower includes five levels (240,000 square feet and 500 stalls) of underground parking and mixed retail space on the main level. Overlooking Eau Claire and the Bow River valley, Jamieson Place features the largest area of green space (three-storey winter garden) in a downtown Calgary commercial office tower, plus a private fitness centre and conference space. It is connected to the east and the north by one of Calgary’s signature Plus 15 indoor walkways. The tower received its LEED Gold, Core and Shell certification and tenants enjoy a comprehensive sustainability program.
