CFMS Alberta is proud to have two of its recent commissioning projects featured in the October 2013 Award magazine, a leading Canadian title focusing on design, architecture and construction.

The Centre 10 building, a 10-storey complex in downtown Calgary, will soon be the new home for the National Energy Board. Built by Centron Group of Companies the building offers tenants 335,000 square feet of office space and 20,000 square feet of prime retail space. CFMS Alberta is providing the tenant commissioning for this LEED Silver structure. (Article on page 45.)

The Bella Concert Hall and Conservatory will be the new home to Mount Royal University’s Conservatory of Music. Built by Pfeiffer Partners Architects Inc. the hall will have seating for 750 and include rehearsal spaces, teaching studios and more. Targeting LEED Gold status, CFMS Alberta is proud to provide LEED commissioning services for Bella. (Article on page 55.)
