Description
Suncor Energy is the major tenant in Suncor Plaza—a two-tower facility, located in downtown Calgary. As part of their tenant improvements, Suncor performed sizeable renovations and achieved LEED certification for several floors of Suncor Plaza’s two towers.
The renovated floors included:
East Tower: Floors 5-10, 12-14
West Tower: Floors 3, 12-23, 36, 40-44
