A unique beltline property, CENTRE 10 was designed to meet the latest standards of sustainability. The building moves beyond preconceived notions of office space with shared retail, restaurant and café space. Employees also enjoy expansive second-floor balconies and a charming rooftop terrace. CFMS-Alberta performed client-led tenant improvements on floors two to five (inclusive) on this ten-storey, 355,000-square-foot building, optimizing floor space and creating an attractive and productive work environment for the employees and clients of the National Energy Board.
