LEED EAp1 and EAc3 Commissioning including:

  • Review of the design documentation
  • Review of the contractor submissions
  • Witnessing of selected mechanical and electrical tests
  • DDC and BAS system verification
  • Performance testing of HVAC systems
  • Mechanical and electrical training coordination and video taping of sessions
  • Seasonal performance testing of HVAC systems
  • Authoring of the re-commissioning manual

Description

The Chinook Centre Expansion is a two-storey addition to the northeast corner of the existing facility.  The expansion will add over 175,000 square feet to the mall (80 new stores) and two levels of heated underground parking (1,200 stalls).
