Description

Located in downtown Calgary, this complex consists of two towers, a retail podium, and a parkade.  Phase one included the build of a 40-storey tower, full retail podium, 4.5 levels of below-grade parking, a loading dock, podium retail space with a food court, and a plus-fifteen bridge to Canterra Tower. The phase two tower will have a total of 23 tenant floors and be situated above the west portion of the Phase one parking area and podium.
